Delete your Unvanilla account

Unvanilla is made by ARX Algorithms Ltd. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Unvanilla and go to the You tab.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account, and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (the one on your Apple or Google sign-in) and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your account, plan and usage records are deleted from our servers. Results of recent requests are already removed within two days. If you connected Instagram or YouTube, disconnect them first in the app (You, then Your accounts) to remove those connections too, or ask us by email. Everything else you made lives on your phone and is removed when you delete the app.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings (iPhone) or in Google Play under Subscriptions (Android).
