Terms of use
These terms are between you and ARX Algorithms Ltd ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using the app
The app helps you plan, film and improve your content. Its suggestions are written by AI: check them before you post, and don't rely on them for legal, medical or financial matters. You're responsible for what you film and publish, including having the rights and permissions for people, places, music and anything else in it.
Your content
What you make is yours. You let us process it only to provide the app to you.
Plans and payments
Some features need a paid plan. Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions charged to your Apple ID. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple ID settings. Each plan has a monthly allowance of credits, which resets each month and doesn't carry over. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We may change prices; you'll be told before a change affects you.
Fair use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break it, get around its limits, resell it, or use it to make unlawful, hateful or harmful content. We can suspend accounts that do.
The service
We work to keep the app running and improving, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in the app. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID settings.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
